During his time as a guide at Oxalis, he has led hundreds of tours and undergone training courses on safety and rescue, as well as first aid training with international and Vietnamese Red Cross organizations. He constantly strives to improve his skills and knowledge. Currently, he holds the position of Senior Guide at Oxalis Adventure.

With a university degree in English tourism, Tran Van Tha is fluent in English communication. Prior to joining Oxalis, he had experience as a tour guide in Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, leading day tours.

He particularly loves swimming in underground rivers in caves and considers it the most adventurous experience.
