In 2016, she joined the team at Da Nang Sun Peninsula Resort in Da Nang, embarking on her journey in the tourism industry. However, her life took a transformative turn in 2018 when she was captivated by a promotional video showcasing the Tu Lan Cave system offered by Oxalis Adventure. This momentous discovery prompted Như to leave Da Nang and relocate to Quang Binh, where she was drawn to the unique beauty of Tu Lan's landscape and the promise of thrilling adventures in the area. Before focusing on her job as an adventure tourism consultant at Oxalis Adventure, she also participated in a tourist guide training course.

Her love for nature is also evident in her travel experiences. She has a strong affinity for outdoor activities, including trekking, picnics, and volunteering. Her wanderlust has taken her to Cambodia, where she had the opportunity to explore the magnificent Angkor Wat.
