Tran Ba Son is a dynamic tour guide and a shining example of perseverance, determination, and pursuing one's passion. He was born and raised in the Tan Hoa village, also known as the "center of the flood" of Quang Binh province. Currently, he holds the position of adventurous tour guide at Oxalis Adventure.

With over 10 years of accompanying the company, he has accumulated invaluable knowledge and experience, and his journey to become an adventurous tour guide is one to be admired.

Throughout his more than 10 years with the company, he has taken on various roles. He started as a chef for Tu Lan porter team in 2012, and in 2016, he became a safety assistant, supporting and taking care of customers on their journey alongside the tour guide. During his time as a safety assistant, he made an effort to accumulate knowledge, develop his tour guiding skills, and improve his English proficiency with the desire to become a full-fledged tour guide in the near future.

His efforts paid off, and with the goal of simultaneously providing employment opportunities for local human resources, Oxalis encouraged him to apply and become an official tour guide in 2022. Although he has only held this new position for just over a year, his previous experience has enabled him to easily integrate and quickly grasp the necessary job knowledge.

Every day, besides leading tours to explore the magnificent caves, Son also ensures absolute safety for each tourist throughout the journey. Moreover, he also conveys information about the caves, nature, people, and especially the local culture, helping tourists have meaningful and interesting experiences while learning new and fascinating information about their journey to Quang Binh.

Since working with Oxalis, Son has had the opportunity to explore Vietnam's major cities such as Hanoi, Saigon, Hue, Da Nang, and participate in many adventurous activities such as cave exploration or mountain climbing, helping him gain more knowledge, grasp more information, and enhance his safety handling skills.

With his enthusiasm, friendliness, and professionalism, Son will definitely help customers have the most rustic experiences and gain the most useful knowledge and information about the land and people of Quang Binh.
